This was my first time going, and I bought my own snowboard. Something went wrong with my bindings and I was no longer able to strap in, I only went down the mountain once and I asked if I could get a refund due to the situation, they told me no because it was not there fault. So now I have a broken strap and out $80, because me and my husband. I've heard of other people getting a refund. So it ruined my day and experience. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Plus the place is really small, and people were not friendly, except the lift people, they were really kind and tryed to help me.
